Rob Cimino
Director of Operations

Rob Cimino joined the Brooklyn Health Information Exchange as the Director of Operations in December of 2010. Mr. Cimino oversees technical operations, stakeholder integration and support.

Mr. Cimino was the Senior Vice President in charge of Member Services and Operations at Clear/Verified Identity Pass, Inc. where he managed all customer-facing aspects of a nationwide biometrics-based airport security program. Mr. Cimino was the director of Supply Chain Integration at International Masters Publishers (IMP) and the US representative to IMP’s Global IT Development Board. He was the senior manager of Professional Services at Organic, Inc., where he provided strategic direction, solution design, and implementation management on ecommerce and customer care projects for a variety of clients. Mr. Cimino was the Senior Vice President of Operations and Logistics at Beautyscene.com, and operations manager at McMaster-Carr Supply Company.

As an independent consultant, Mr. Cimino has worked on projects ranging from subscription services for online media to registration process design for a prescription drug benefits programs.

Mr. Cimino received his BS in Engineering from Purdue University and his MBA from Temple University.
