• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration or related field. Master's Degree, preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years related experience
• Experience developing and implementing complex projects
• Strong analytical, process flow, problem solving, communication, customer relations skills
